For the very first time, the excitement of Steamfest will be combined with the whimsical, imaginative world of steampunk in the Celtic Stag Steampunk Costume Challenge! If you’ve ever wanted to bring your steampunk dreams to life, this is your chance. Registration for the inaugural challenge opens on 24th February, and we can’t wait to see what creative, mechanical marvels you’ll be showcasing at Steamfest 2025.

This exciting new event at Steamfest 2025 will feature three categories: Most Creative Adult, Best Kids’ Costume (0-13 years), and Best Dressed Steampunk Pet. Whether you’re a seasoned steampunk fan or a newcomer eager to try something new, this competition invites all to participate and bring their vision to life. - Judging & Prizes
Costumes will be judged based on creativity, craftsmanship, and overall presentation. Fabulous prizes are up for grabs, and our Best Dressed Steampunk Pet category will be judged online through a popular voting system, adding an extra level of excitement for participants and supporters alike. - Encourage Participation & Viewing
We invite all participants to register for the chance to showcase their steampunk creations at the rally grounds on 13th April, starting at 10:30 AM.
